Roman Missal  Esther 13: 9b-11

Within your will, O Lord, all things are established
and there is none that can resist your will.
For you have made all things, the heaven and the earth,  
and all that is held within the circle of heaven;
you are the Lord of all.

Graduale Romanum  Esther 13: 9b-11

All things are submitted to your will, O Lord,
and no one can resist your decisions;
you have made all things, heaven and earth,
and all that is contained under the vault of the sky;
You are the master of the universe.
